Of course we don't want the shop keeper give or change the discount that we had set it before

There are complex packages here but usually they only provide parts of the functionality of bigger applications.
Unless somebody has a read to use POS system to submit to the site, I suggest that you split the whole problem in several parts and submit separate requests for each of the parts you have more difficulty to implement.
